What is an electronic building certificate?
The Electronic Building Certificate is a single digital database, in which all the necessary supporting documents, data and plans for each property are integrated. It is now necessary for any transfer of property, even an unbuilt plot, as well as for the financing of the house for "Exoikonomo", while only by issuing it the settlement of the arbitrary ones considered complete.
